You know the basics to a contract, and some of the defenses. One defense is lack of contractual capacity-age, intelligence, compromised capacity, i.e. inability due to alcohol, drugs, etc.
A and B were married in a ceremony recognised by their Religion and by the State. As is so common today, the groom and his groomsmen began celebrating before the ceremony. They celebrated so much that the groom was unsteady during the ceremony, and his best man took a header, passed out drunk.
