Random Acts of Kindness
Random acts of kindness can have a huge impact on the person receiving the kindness but also from the giver. You never know what impact your small gesture will have.
This week, I would like for you to complete three acts of kindness during a single day. They can be big or small, but the impact is greater with a variety of actions performed on the same day. You might feed a stranger’s parking meter, pay the bus fare of another passenger, give a sandwich to a homeless person. After each act, make a note on what you did and, for an extra happiness boost, how it made you feel. Review other students’ posts and comment on those that you have done yourself or ones that jump out at you that you want to do in the future.
To complete the assignment, talk about one act of kindness you have received and how it made you feel.
